We are much concerned about the selection and performance of our teachers and other staff. For Cambridge curriculum, we have the teachers with ‘O’ and ‘A’ level background but that is not the end point. We train them up with proper classroom language, making them familiar with Cambridge books that we follow from the pre-school level. Our teachers are trained on making lesson plans and designing class contents that fit the correct level. We believe in CPD ( Continuous Professional development) . They don’t teach the subjects, they teach the students- an embracing and holistic approach. All our teachers are the ambassadors of ECA activities.
